I made a few of these for my mom, MIL and grandma for Mother's Day. Fun and quick, each frame took about an hour from start to finish. I first cut a rectangle out of felt to the size of the frame inserts, arranged and transferred the patterns, did my stitching and then cut out the middle hole to make it a mat.
