After looking through the Gallery as well as Jenny's website I was inspired to try a portrait. The portrait is my BF and I taken from a picture taken at a concert. I used tracing paper and a transfer pen from the SS website to mark the characteristic features from the photo and transferred onto fabric I had on hand. After a too long hiatus from embroidery, I am happy to be doing something creative again. Grateful for SS and modern patterns. I am not a sun bonnet sue kind of gal.
