Kokeshi - Free Pattern!

Jenny collects Kokeshi dolls - you know, the cute wooden Japanese dolls with helmet hair and no arms or legs. There's a collection in her kitchen, a teensy one dangling from her cellphone, and lately - doodles of them on her desk. Well, she decided to transform one of the sketches into a embroidery pattern and share it with you for free! Yippee! You can download it below, or on our flickr page. After you stitch it up will you pretty please submit it to the Customer Gallery? They are going to be so sweet!

Above are a few other Kokeshi finds on Etsy from Mirabel, Temple7e (yes. that is a princess leia kokeshi) and Stephanie Fizer.
