Rice filled warm pack... to RACE the pain away!

My boyfriend had started coming home with shoulder pain that was only relieved by warmth. I made him this out of scrap muslin and filled it with brown rice. Now he pops it in the micro for 10-15 seconds and he has instant heat to "race" the pain away...
