About My Project:
I found demure girl on your blog and thought I'd use it on my apron pocket. I made the transfer with a white pencil and that was the most tedious part of the process. I've since discovered the Sulky transfer pens, but transferring anything onto black fabric is a headache....any tips????
Transferring to dark fabrics
I have used white transfer paper and traced the design with a ball-point pen. It works best on small designs (my first attempt was larger and had to use a white transfer pencil when I had rubbed off most of the design). The transfer paper works great - Jenny has it in white and gray and sometimes you can find it in it yellow, red, blue, etc.
