HOLIDAY SHIPPING SCHEDULE - 2011

If you want to receive your order on or before December 24th, please place your order with us by these dates:

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - Sunday, December 11th
DOMESTIC ORDERS - Thursday, December 15th

Please note: Delivery on or before December 24th is not guaranteed by us -we can't guarantee anything once we put it in the hands of The USPS. We just do our best to get every order out the door as quickly as we can.

NO SHIP DATES: December 23-27th (Thanks for letting us take a break!)

1. How and when will my order ship?
Your order will SHIP via USPS 1st class or Priority in 2-3 business days. (Please note: it does not say 'arrive' in 2-3 days. We are a tiny operation, but we work our hardest and fastest to get orders out.) You will receive a shipping notification via email the day (or day before) your order ships.

Orders are shipped every MWF.

Please be aware that all kits are lovingly packaged by hand according to your order, so be patient with us. We do our best!
Allow a maximum of two weeks for delivery of domestic orders, four for international. Most orders arrive much sooner.
If you suspect your order has been lost or not processed click here.

Wholesale: Shipments are shipped USPS Priority, insurance upon request.
Please allow a maximum of 4 weeks for delivery of wholesale orders.

2. Shipping address correct?
Orders are shipped to the address you give us. Sublime Stitching is not responsible for delays caused by the USPS, or replacement of lost of orders submitted with incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

3. Shipping to your place of work?
If shipping to your place of work, be sure to include 'c/o Your Workplace' with your address!

4. Email address correct?
Please, please, PLEASE provide us with your current email address, and not a spam or junk account. Sublime Stitching does not share or sell your personal information. Your order may be delayed if we have any questions and cannot get in touch with you. Orders with incomplete information are held until we receive an email reply with full order information.

5. Keep your email receipt and order number!
Please keep all records (email receipt and order #) until your order arrives. If you do not receive an email confirmation of your order, your order may not have been processed. PayPal orders will only receive the PayPal notification.

6. Can I add something to an existing order?  Can you combine two separate orders I've placed?
You can order more stuff, of course! However, changes cannot be made to an existing order once it is placed. If you have already placed an order and decided you want some more goodies, you will simply need to place another order on the website.

Sorry, but we cannot combine multiple orders that have been placed separately for shipping. Why not? We want to get everyone's orders out as fast as possible, and we ship in the order in which they are received. Requests to combine orders means filling orders out of line and slows up our shipping process (your order may or may not have already have shipped, we have to stop shipping to look up in our mail log to determine if it has...if it hasn't, it may have already been packed, we'd have to tear it open, re-pack it with the new stuff, waste the packing materials if a larger box or envelope is needed...) and, it doesn't change the shipping charges anyway. We know it sounds like it saves everyone time and money, but in fact it does just the opposite. It's not because we're mean. It's because we want to get everyone's orders out as fast as possible!

7. Can I just email what I want and have you charge my card?
Sorry, no. Orders are NOT accepted via email. Do NOT submit your credit card information via email. Sublime Stitching is not responsible for sensitive information submitted via email and viewed by third parties. Please make additional purchases using the online shopping cart.

8. Could you please rush my order? I need it for a project / gift.
My one-person warehouse ships orders first come, first serve (as fast as we can). Shipments are processed in the order in which they are received. We do our very best to get shipments out as quickly as possible, but cannot rush or overnight orders at this time. If I could make it instantly appear in front of you, I would!

9. IMPORTANT: What if I never got my order?

PLEASE CONFIRM that you provided the correct shipping address. (This will be the first question we ask you.) If you do not provide this information when inquiring about an order, we will have to ask it anyway!

If you feel your order has been lost or not processed, we will need the following information:

- Your Order Confirmation (if you did not receive one, check your spam/bulk folder or, your order may not have gone through)

-OR-

- Order Number
- Payment method: Credit Card or PayPal?
- Email address (as submitted with your order)
- Your name or name on the credit card used

Sublime Stitching will reship orders returned to us via USPS one time only, at no additional cost, after confirmation of a correct shipping address. If the package is returned a second time, it will only be shipped again upon receipt of an alternate shipping address and payment of additional shipping charges.

10. Returns / Exchanges - ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Returns are accepted only in exchange for similar merchandise or credit (less shipping costs) in the same amount for use on www.sublimestitching.com

We do NOT issue cash refunds, automatic chargebacks (or manual charges) to retail customer credit cards. If you must cancel your order before it has shipped, you will be issued a credit voucher in the same amount for use on this website.

Returned checks (via mail order) will incur a $25 fee.

We cannot make alterations to your order once it has been placed. (Partial exchanges, deductions, etc.) Thanks for your understanding.

PDF files are available for download from your account for seven days. Once PDFs are downloaded from this website to your own computer, Sublime Stitching cannot take responsibility for how they are stored for future use. Once PDF files are downloaded to your own computer, you are responsible for them. Sublime Stitching will not replace PDF files lost or misplaced by customers after they have been downloaded from your account to your computer, nor can we re-issue or extend availability of files once the seven day time period has expired.

Opened or used patterns and used supplies may not be returned or exchanged unless defective. 

Defective merchandise must be brought to our attention within 15 days of purchase, and will be replaced once it has been returned to us.
